韩娟
个人简介
韩娟,研究员,硕士生导师,毕业于北京大学生命科学学院,获动物学/分子生物学博士学位,丹麦哥本哈根大学医学院访问学者,北京食品学会农产品营养品质评价专业委员会秘书长,中国营养学会成员。主要从事食物营养与健康、食物资源监测与营养健康评价研究。主持和参与科技部、农业部、国家自然科学基金委、中国工程院、中国农科院等项目课题50多项。以第一作者或通讯作者在Food Chemistry、Journal of Environmental Management、ENDS、Frontiers in Immunology、Agriculture、Frontiers in Endocrinology、Nutrients、Animal Nutrition等期刊发表学术论文50余篇,Frontiers、Nutrients、Agriculture、Animals等期刊客座编辑;出版专著9部;获得省部级及以上领导批示2个;获得授权发明专利3项,获得大北农科技奖1项,获得中国食品科学技术学会科技创新奖一等奖1项。2023年入选中国农业科学院“青年英才”培育工程。
